After reviewing and discussing the evidence of jurists, I detected that the punishment for drinking liquor is not an Islamic code (hadd), since there is no evidence hadd it is a divine sentence on certain crimes related and allotted by Allah. Chastisement is a legal punishment which is not allotted by the legislator. |
