| description | In the article the new organizational forms of state administration are offered by a military-technical policy, that before in Ukraine was not used, and that today must be examined as main descriptions of the system of state administration. These forms represent new essence of military-technical policy, converting of her into one of main functions of the state and allow successfully to use new methods, management methods. The process of choice of expedient organizational forms requires their purposeful analysis and careful ground. At the construction of organizational structure of the system of state administration a military-technical policy is inculcate in a structure system principles that give new symmetric properties to the system and provide firmness of her existence in difficult terms. At the decision of practical questions of improvement of the system of state administration it is expedient to use next determination of her organizational structure a military-technical policy: this not formal distribution of tasks, plenary powers, responsibility, rights, influences, connections and relations between the participants of military-technical policy, that is constantly recreated during functioning of the system of state administration. |
