Due to the absence of adequate zonular support, lens extraction with anterior vitrectomy and retropupillary iris claw lens implantation was done in this patient with good visual outcome. Lens extraction with anterior vitrectomy and retropupillary iris claw implantation can be a good surgical option in such cases. |
