Prevalence of <em>Salmonella</em> and <em>Campylobacter</em> in Retail Chicken Carcasses in Senegal
From January 2001 to May 2002, 300 chicken carcasses from retail shops in Dakar were examined for prevalence of Salmonella and Campylobacter.
