These results underscore the pivotal role of spirituality in the workplace in nurturing innovative behavior among employees. The practical implication emphasizes cultivating workplace spirituality to foster innovative work behavior. This study contributes to existing literature by elucidating the underlying mechanisms linking self-transcendence, spiritual transcendence, workplace spirituality, and innovative work behavior, underscoring the significance of workplace spirituality as a catalyst for enhancing innovative work behavior. |
