The purpose of this research is to find out contribution perception of work load and emotional inteligence to teacher job stress after certification. Type of research used in this research is correlational research with 80 teacher certification on SMP Kec.X and SMP Kec.Y as subject. Subjects were taken by propotional random sampling technique. Data were processed using Multiple Regression Analyisis Technique. The result indicated there is significant correlation between perception of teacher work load and emotional intelligence with stress level to the work of teacher (r2=0,338 ; p=0,000). |
