| description | This paper reviewed the clinical data of a patient with acute mastitis and blocked milk ducts during lactation, and summarized the treatment outcomes of needle stone therapy combined with aseptic No. 5/6 breast duct expander, as well as key issues of nursing assessment, routine care, manual lymphatic drainage, needle stone therapy, usage and precautions of breast duct expander. Guided by theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing by syndrome differentiation, needle stone therapy combined with aseptic No. 5/6 breast duct expander was carried out to relieve breast pain and galactostasis, and help the patient regain confidence in breastfeeding.
