description | The study aims to investigate the relationship between psychological capital and employees’ job satisfaction. Psychological capital is a concept developed to measure an individual’s psychological capital (Newman, Ucbasaran, Zhu, & Hirst, 2014), which is rather new in Vietnam. Job satisfaction is one of many specific employees’ attitudes towards the job. The results of the study are estimated by using structural equation modeling (SEM) and primary data collected from 848 office workers in Vietnam. The findings show that both psychological capital and its components (self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resiliency) have a positive correlation with employees’ job satisfaction. |
