Description
Summary:The article is devoted to the topic of psychological work with emotional-behavioral disorders in children who have had oncological disease and are at the stage of remission. These disorders are noted in children who have had cancer, along with other psychological disorders: neurocognitive and psychomotor. In the study of the emotional and behavioral sphere conducted in the conditions of the therapeutic and rehabilitation scientific center "Russian Field" NNPTS DGOI them. Dmitry Rogachev, 237 children-patients from 6 to 18 years took part. It was found that affective disorders were observed — in 24% of children, anxiety and fears — in 19%, depressive tendencies — in 13%, signs of social disadaptation — in 17%, closedness — in 13%. Based on the analysis of appeals from more than 3000 families, the main requests for psychological work on emotional-behavioral problems in children have been identified: problems related to physiological functions (nutritional disorders, sleep disorders, enuresis, encopresis); Problems in training, in development, motivational and volitional passivity; Problems of social communication (isolation, restriction of social contacts); Behavioral problems (aggressiveness, tantrums, disobedience, obsessions, etc.); Emotional problems (fears, anxiety, self-doubt, nightmares). Also, the features of child-parent interaction were analyzed. As a method of working with emotional-behavioral problems, short-term strategic therapy of J. Nardone was used. The scheme of psychological work within the framework of the short-term strategic approach is described. The results of work with 52 patients and members of their families were analyzed: improvement of symptoms was noted in 88% of patients, absence of changes — in 12% (mainly with motivation and willful passivity), there were no worsening. Taking into account the obtained results, it can be concluded that the application of the method used has shown its effectiveness and expediency in carrying out psychological rehabilitation of families with children who have had an oncological disease. The article gives examples of clinical cases.
