The interpretation of the bank of the future as a sum of four concepts is offered: “Bank = technology”, “Bank = client”, “Bank = product”, “Bank = life”. It is hypothesized that a person in the digital economy can be described as Homo financial (a person with financial literacy and financial thinking). |
