Analysis of the quality of the sales forecast
This paper presents how to solve the forecasting problems in the conversational system using WinQSB and QM computer products. The study is carried out using three forecasting methods (moving average, single exponential smoothing, linear regression with time) based on sales in the last 12 weeks.
