Versatile and efficient genome editing with Neisseria cinerea Cas9
A Neisseria cinerea Cas9 variant is characterised in PAM preference, editing efficiency (for both nuclease and base editing) and anti-CRISPR protein blocking, with a PAM of (N)4GYAT reported alongside a mouse zygote assay.
