Results. The results of the work lie he fact that the author characterizes, systemizes and describes the advantages of the new forms of organization of the professional development: distance teaching, personalized training system, personalization, e-learning, modular training, project training, networking, internships. Practical implications. The results of the research can be used to develop curriculum and organize of training programs for teachers.
