Description
Summary:The current crises in French overseas departments take root in the failure of strategies of development. The parameters are various: demographic, identitals, economic and geopolitics. These crises, sometimes latent, sometimes paroxystic, are always multiforms. They perceive themselves in the territorial discontinuities, in the emergence of multiculturalisms and in the growth of an informal economy, wich are outside the national law and outside the republican model. To understand the processes in the work implies to exceed the conjonctural effects (world crisis, and then, to cross the logics of populating, the statutory forms of decolonizations and their inferred consequences: closure and dependences (financial, social).
