The process of adaptation to a three-month training cycle loads are accompanied by a decrease in average group levels of LDG in the blood by 4.4% after a training lesson in comparison with the dormancy. It was established that the process of change in the level of LDG in the blood of participants of the groups significantly affect the structure and various kind of the training components, consequently during the athleticism training
