description The objective of the current paper is to summarize the main evidence-based practical contributions that the Universitat Jaume I’s WoNT team has carried out on Occupational Health Psychology and Positive Organizational Psychology in crisis settings. Specifically, we show the RED (Resources-Experiences-Demands) methodology that allows us to assess risks and psychosocial damages, as well as positive emotional states. Furthermore, we also propose a heuristic methodology that, focused on Positive Psychology, facilitates the evaluation and intervention of HEROs (HEalthy & Resilient Organizations) as a way to adapt to the occupational and social reality of the crisis.
