description The investigation was undertaken to assess the molecular mechanisms of antioxidant action of propolis bioflavonoids in pathospermia. It included the data of examining 75 infertile males and 36 fertile ones. The 3-month administration of the agent in a daily dose of 40 mg resulted in normalization of ejaculate parameters, a reduction in the levels of biomarkers for oxidative protein and sperm DNA damage, and recovery of the antioxidant status of seminal plasma.
