description | In view of problem that existing plunger stroke measurement technology of hydraulic support has low precision, high cost, and cannot prevent roof accident, the paper put forward a design scheme of plunger stroke dynamic monitoring system of underground hydraulic support based on ZigBee technology. The system uses displacement sensor to collect plunger stroke data, and sends the data to coordinator node through ZigBee network. Then the coordinator node sends the data to server on the ground through CAN bus and the Ethernet, so as to realize real-time monitoring of plunger stroke of underground hydraulic support. The test results show that measurement accuracy of the system is 1 mm, the error is 2 mm, and achieves the desired effect. |
