| Summary: | The author of this work analyses the legal solutions of the right of the defendant to have adequate time for the preparation of his defense. The author criticizes the regulations, adopted before and after the state joined the Council of Europe, and also the restriction of the right of the defendant to have adequate time and facilities for the preparation of his defense, despite the Constitution. He presents the analysis of the European Convention on the Protection of Rights and Fundamental Freedoms related to the right to have adequate time and facilities for the preparation of defense. Part of the work is also a presentation of case law of the European Court of Human Rights. |
