Through the window: Incursions of interactive documentary in the retail world
Abstract
The contemporary documentary broadens the modes of representation, performance and activism through new collaborative strategies in interactive devices and transmedia formats. This approach to the characteristics and trends of the Webdoc (or interactive documentary) does not wish to place the focus on the user as the modelling development hub of the interactive story, but rather on the original ways of building online documentaries and new platforms in order to relocate the set of actors that participate in these narrative (Author-Protagonist-User) to organize the construction of the new narrative documentaries.
