description To investigate the molecular mechanisms of human immune response modification by Opisthorchis felineus antigens in bronchial asthma. The experimental study was performed with cell cultures from patients with bronchial asthma, patients with opisthorchiasis, and patients with BA and opisthorchiasis co-occurred. A proposed down-regulation of immune response by higher level of IL10 and TGFB genes expression in patients with opisthorchiasis was revealed.
