description This paper aims to analyze the connotation of the public order reservation system and explore the negative effects arising from the flexible nature of this system. In order for this system to be applied reasonably, the paper proposes some suggestions for restricting its application from three aspects: clarifying the connotation of the public order reservation system, analyzing applicable standards, and proposing relevant measures after excluding application. Furthermore, based on China's "one country, two systems" system and the current legislative situation, the paper also provides some suggestions for the improvement of legislation regarding the public order reservation system in China.
