description In today's competition environment, businesses spend a lot of time and effort for the purpose of working with a fair and applicable wage system. The establishment of a fair and feasible wage payment system depends on the correct implementation of job evaluation in the enterprise. Job valuation refers to systematic comparisons made to determine the importance and salary of any job over other jobs. The relative values of the jobs are determined by comparing the works in terms of some factors for all the works carried out within the enterprise. The job that have more important than others, considered more valuable than other jobs in the business and it is deemed appropriate to have more wages. Paying the highest salary for the job that most contributes to the realization of organizational goals is considered as the implementation of the right wage policy for the right job. In this study; It is aimed to apply the job valuation study to this group by selecting the sample group of the staff working in the newly established assembly line. In practice, Fuzzy SWARA and Interval Value Intuitionistic Fuzzy AHP methods are used. The results of the evaluation, which were created by using the two methods, were compared and a basis was established to ensure that the relevant personnel were placed in the most accurate place on the wage scale in accordance with the job descriptions they were responsible for.
