| description | Overview the strengthening of endogenous capacities of researchers and future researchers favour regional development so the objective of the present study is to analyze the perspective of the participants in the research seminar on Regional and organizational development, either as speakers or attendees, in order to assess progress in achieving the goals and strengthen the seminar. For the collection of information from interviews with speakers and attendees were applied at different times. As major findings include that the space of discussion that has been generated is perceived as a great achievement and academic body of the institution; and through the nine sessions have been carried out has served as a source of motivation for scientific research with a focus on regional issues. |
