description | In order to ensure the safe operation of steel wire rope,it is necessary to carry out periodical nondestructive testing.In the existing method of wire rope detection,electromagnetic detection based on magnetic flux leakage principle is recognized as the most practical detection method.The existing magnetic flux leakage detection method is difficult to achieve the expected saturation magnetization,the detection result is low in stability and reliability,and the detection equipment is bulky.Due to the problems and shortcomings of leakage detection method which is widely used,a new detection method called multiloop magnetic method.The numerical simulation research based on Ansoft has been established.The traditional test and the proposed approach have been analyzed.Through the comparison and analysis of the simulation results,it indicates that this multiloop magnetic method breaks the limitations of traditional testing methods.The method has better practicability and accuracy. |
