Summary:Objective: to identify patterns of individual and combined anatomic variability of the size characteristics of the chest in conjunction with somatic types of youths 17-19 years. The object of study: boys, students (n=162), Saratov State Medical University n.a. V.I. Razumovsky, are natives of the Saratov region. The results showed that most youths are mesomorphic normotrofnomu, brachymorphic normotrofnomu and mesomorphic somatotype gipotrofnomu. Studied anthropometric parameters of the chest are statistically significant differences in all the selected somatotype
