Summary:The paper analyzed RBS time synchronization algorithm which is suitable for collecting of coal preparation plant equipment vibration. In view of problems such as big energy consumption and long synchronization convergence time in applications, the improved RBS time synchronization algorithm IRBS was proposed. A wireless communication model was used for comparison on energy consumption and convergence time of IRBS and RBS. The test result shows that energy consumption and synchronization convergence time during synchronization can be significantly reduced by IRBS algorithm.
