Summary: | This article is devoted to the phenomenon of dialogue in everyday psychotherapy. The results of phenomenological research are illustrated by fragments of the interviews. Dialogue (as the occurrence оf life, a genesis event according to M.M. Bakhtin) is characterized by the following features: personal nature of communication that is not role-based; naturalness of speech; expressed purpose of supporting the “client”; the counselor’s authority in the eyes of the “client”; the novelty of the content; substantial changes in the state of the client. We distinguish between two basic types of dialogues: a dialogue with a predominant activity of a “client” and a dialogue with a predominant activity of a “counselor”. We note that within the framework of the dialogical approach it is possible to speak about a particular isomorphism of the phenomena of professional and everyday psychotherapy; we analyze the possibilities of considering the dialogue as a kind of a “connective tissue” of professional and everyday psychotherapy. |
