The behavioral changes, the Run time, swimming, Time on glass, and biochemical parameters in Ach and Piracetam pretreatment significantly (P<0.05) decreased of Run time and swimming, then increased Time on glass when compared with the control. The open field test was significantly (P<0.05) increased the termer, depression when compared with the control. The liver function tests was significantly (P<0.05) increased the in level of GPT and GOT enzymes in the plasma at forth group. |
