On clinical examination, upturning of the eyelash under the involved skin was seen and diagnosed as a case of cilium incarnatum externum. A simple excision followed by electrolysis for this unusual abnormality provides satisfactory results for both patient and the treating physician. Only 9 cases have been reported till date in world literature. |
