Summary:Demand to achieve the production targets makes early adult production employees have to focus more to fulfill their duties. This condition makes them gain more conflicts and get less of interpersonal communication that affects their job satisfaction, while the interpersonal communication itself creates a social support which also increases the job satisfaction. The purpose of this correlational quantitative research is to know the correlation between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction from early adult production employees of PT. Gangsar Tulungagung which are 142 employees from 242 of total employees and uses simple random sampling. Data is collected using Interpersonal Communication scale and Job Satisfaction scale and analyzed using Product Moment. The result shows a significant positive correlation between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction, which means if the early adult production employees of PT. Gangsar Sentosa have a high interpersonal communication, they will also be satisfied with their job. Interpersonal communication affects the job satisfaction as 16,5% (r = 0,406 ; p = 0,000<0,01 ; = 0,165 ).
