Puchinsky, as a scientist, thinker and teacher, prepared on the occasion of the Forum by the employees of the Department of Civil Law and Process and International Private Law of the Law Institute of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. Promising research areas were identified by the teachers of the department on relevant topics in the areas of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of financial market participants, introducing digital technologies, developing social entrepreneurship, private law interests in the international arena and traditionally civil legislation of Latin America. |
