Summary:In this study, we give a new outranking approach for multi-attribute decision-making problems in bipolar neutrosophic environment. To do this, we firstly propose some outranking relations for bipolar neutrosophic number based on ELECTRE, and the properties in the outranking relations are further discussed in detail. Also, we developed a ranking method based on the outranking relations of for bipolar neutrosophic number. Finally, we give a real example to illustrate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed method.
