Evaluation revealed hypertension and brain imaging showed findings consistent with posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome. Complete blood count showed lymphoblasts, and the cause of his hypertension was determined to be renal infiltration of leukemia cells due to B‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. |
