Recovery of manganese and zinc from spent Zn-C and alkaline batteries in acidic medium
The anode and the internal paste of spent Zn-C and alkaline batteries were leached with 2 mol L-1 H2SO4 at 80 ºC for 2 h. Solid/liquid ratio was 1/10 (g mL-1).
