Evaluation of performance of pharmacotherapy in the postoperative period on osteoporosis, systemic osteoporosis, sustained BMD deficit at Gruen regions confirmed that the essential component of osteointegration at the «implant-bone» site during the period of physiological adaptive remodeling after arthroplasty in women suffering from systemic osteoporosis is the pharmacological correction of the intensity of bone resorption in post-operative period. |
