Izvleček:The purpose of this study is to compare Temperament and Character dimension in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) patients with healthy group. For this purpose, 26 PTSD inpatients and 26 healthy individuals without psychiatric history were selected and completed TCI_125 inventory. The data analyzed using MANOVA test. The results showed that PTSD patients have significant differences in two temperament dimensions( Harm avoidance and Reward dependence) and two character dimensions ( Self directedness and Cooperativeness).This study can help us in recognizing underlying factors of PTSD and improving therapy processes of this disorder
