A FIRST APPROACH OVER HUMAN VALUES IN INTERACTION DESIGN: WORKING WITH INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGIES TO ENCOURAGE RECYCLING
This paper describes the use of human values in initial design stages of an eco-feedback system to encourage recycling. A pilot activity of collaborative design in a workshop format was organized. The result was the elaboration of a screen flow, in which designers documented the values worked on.
