Summary:We consider the problem of obtaining, presenting and maintaining a dynamic image of the subject area that requires the development and use of special mathematical apparatus. The key cases are examined, what and how the network can be changed without disrupting its integrity, and what changes should not be allowed because they lead to its permanent destruction. The general scheme of a kind of “semantic virus” which is a borderline entity mode between prohibited and permitted working states is studied. It shows a possible violation of the safe operation of the another network.
