Description
Summary:Rural areas in Vojvodina record negative demographic indices that refer to population growth, as well as to age, gender, and educational structure of population. This has negative impact on quantity and quality of human resources, and through them on possibilities of development of tourism in this area. In addition to that, there is also an evident problem of lack of motivation of the population for dealing with this form of tourism. The reasons for insuffcient interest of the population should be looked for, primarily, in inadequate education.
