Summary: | A case of jejunal adenomyoma in an infant, found during exploratory surgery for feeding intolerance, is described. A review of the literature reveals only one other reported case of pediatric jejunal adenomyoma. Awareness of these benign lesions in this location is important to ensure full evaluation of the bowel to identify sites of intraluminal obstruction which may contribute to intolerance of enteral nutrition.
