description One way of understanding the thoughts, interests and moods of nations is studying of their proverbs. It can explain the differences and similarities between the two nationswhichare discussedfromdifferent directions, especially if accompanied by a comparative study. The purpose of this research is achieving to Subscriptions, and differences of vocabulary, semantic, cultural and stylistic between Persian and Arabic communities in shape of their proverb. In this research, there is an analyzing about proverbs of Persian and Arabic according to lexical, semantic and stylistic matching. Lexicalmatching means Subscribing inthe literalmeaning ofwords and semantic matching means Subscribing in the concept and their application and also stylistic matching means Subscribing in the type of expression and use of Literary rhetoric in Proverbs of both languages Persian and Arabic. This study based on analytical and descriptive method which it has been studied and chosen twenty-one proverbs from 1000. By analyzing of these proverbs Turned outThe mostmatches is related to semantic matching (Includingfulland partialLexicalmatching). In the end, statistical results obtained from this study are shown in the form of tables and graphs.
