description The transferred coronavirus infection is a change in body weight. It is necessary to pay attention to the fact that the changing in body weight of each individual differed from each other, if some gained weight, then others could observe a decrease in body weight. In this article, the change in body weight after recovery from COVID-19 was studied, as well as the consequences of obesity having a negative effect on the respiratory system after infection with the disease we are studying. Analysis of anthropometric data showed an increase in body weight by 5.6 ± 0.57 kg on average in 44 subjects, of which 36 boys (6.9 ± 0.84 kg) and 8 girls (4.3 ± 0.62 kg), respectively. Approximately half of the study participants experienced a sharp weight loss and averaged 8.1 ± 1.24 kg, respectively. To improve their health and strengthen the study participants, it was recommended to carry out physical activity according to the state of the participant under the supervision of a doctor, to consult with a dietitian about individual rational nutrition in this situation.
