Summary:The paper suggests a parallel algorithm for the implementation of the LSB steganographic method. The possibilities of parallel programming are presented. The proposed steganographic parallel algorithm is compared to an algorithm using sequential embedding of the hidden message (using one-core processor). It is established that the algorithm produces accurate statistical results.
