Summary:The development of a research is a constant challenge to the researcher, since the close attention to the details of the field movement is the great key to the discoveries about the act of researching. Curiosity is what drives this whole enterprise. In the specific case of this research, conflicts and violence in the school environment are recurrent and deserve our attention to the problems of construction and reproduction. The context of violence insofar as it is viewed as one of the possible consequences of interpersonal conflicts is the focus of analysis. The Mar school is the field of this research. Located in the Mucuripe district of the city of Fortaleza-CE is the municipal education network linked to the Municipal Department of Education (SME) and the education district II. The research is qualitative and the methodology is exploratory descriptive.
