Description
Summary:Purpose: to improve on the results of biliodigestive (BD) reconstructive operations for benign biliary strictures using of arefl ux modifi cation of hepatico-/choledochojejunostomy (HJS/CJS) (Russian Fed.Patent No2470592) .Material and methods; a valve mechanism of proposed BD-anastomosis was studied on 14 organ complexes. Clinical researches based on comparable studies of postoperative period in two groupsof patients: I (control group) included 44 patients operated on using standard surgical procedure, II – 31 patients were undergone BD reconstruction with arefl ux valve. Results: estimation of postoperative period by such parameters as dynamics of blood analyses, complications, symptoms of dyspepsia and quality of life showed advantages in II group of patients.Summary: use of arefl ux modifi cation of HJS/CJS allows reach the better results of postoperative period on parameters of comlications and quality of life in compare with standard method of BD reconstruction.
