RESUMEN
Entre las aportaciones que las teorías críticas de los años 60 han hecho al análisis de la sexualidad, me referiré, en particular, a aquellas que se derivan del uso de la teoría feminista como teoría crítica. Desde ahí, se habla de una violencia, que sólo desde ahí puede ser leída como discurso de poder, haciendo imposibles aquellas lecturas que quieren retraer la consideración de la violencia de género a la de la violencia en general; o, lo que es aún más frecuente, que quieren abstraer el análisis de esa violencia del terreno de desigualdad entre los sexos; o que, aun partiendo de esa dinámica de desigualdad, pretenden reducir el rechazo social ante esta violencia a la necesaria, pero insuficiente, condena de sus brutales manifestaciones como delito. Siguiendo a la teórica feminista norteamericana Catherine MacKinnon, trataremos de establecer qué discursos y por qué resultan inadmisibles aquí desde el análisis crítico-feminista.

ABSTRACT
Among the contributions that the critical theories of the 60s have applied to the analysis of sexuality, I will refer in particular to those which come from the use of feminist theory as a critical theory. It is from there that you can speak of a violence that can be read as a discourse from the established system of power. This approach contrasts with other analyses which try to incorporate the consideration of gender violence into violence in general or which, as is more frequent, try to detach the analysis of this violence from the sphere of sexual inequality. Furthermore, this approach rejects those analyses which despite recognising this inequality, attempt to reduce social rejection to the necessary but insufficient condemnation of its brutal expressions. Following the ideas of the North American Catherine MacKinnon, we will try to establish which ideas are unacceptable here and why from the critical feminist analysis.
