| Summary: | This article presents some discussions about the FUNDEF impacts in Paraná state and analyses the matriculate data and financing data in 1996-2000 period in state government and in five cities. The principal conclusions show that FUNDEF has a small impact in elementary school level, but presents indirect effect in education to children (0-6 years old) and high school. In financing field, we found three FUNDEF´s possible effects: education budget deficit compensation, complementation of budget to elementary level and a stable font of budget complementation to education. |
