description The author considers administrative responsibility which is a type of state coercion and is designed to ensure the implementation of administrative and legal norms. The article analyses administrative penalties that are established for the commission of some administrative offenses. It is noted that public law regulation is based on the presumption of the onset of security threats, acting as legal facts sufficient to take measures to prevent negative consequences. The conclusion was formulated that appropriate sanctions are provided for illegal employment in Russia.
