description | Based on the method of laser triangulation, a mobile high-precision sensor has been created for measuring displacements and monitoring the geometric parameters of products in production. The process of signal processing and the operation of the triangulation sensor are accelerated many times by the architecture of processes, which is based on a reduced set of commands using simple and effective instructions of the stm32f407vet6 microcontroller. The measurement algorithm is carried out by searching for a laser spot, calculating the center of the spot using the center of mass method, translating the centroid into the metric and applying calibration tables. Sensor scan speed leaves 3 ÷ 5∙103 s-1 |
